We take pride in our hand-crafted and poured authentic New Orleans snowballs and Cajun Foods.  Our ice is as soft and fine as snow and our flavors are true to taste. 

You can find us locally in Citrus County and we cater events in Citrus and  surrounding counties as well.   Be sure to catch us for your next event!
